RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
Only non-personalized items are eligible for this return policy.
We recommend completing the withdrawal form and following our return and refund procedure.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete (boxes, certificate of authenticity, accessories, protective materials, tags, booklets, etc.) and must be accompanied by:
The duly completed withdrawal form,
A copy of the invoice.
Returns are free of charge for Metropolitan France (including Corsica).

EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of receiving the product to request an exchange. Exchanges are limited to the size or color of the same item.
No exchange will be accepted for different items.
