Refund Policy

ARTICLE 1: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF ITEMS
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a right of withdrawal. The Client may exercise this right without justification within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the concerned item.
If the Client ordered multiple items in a single order or if the delivery was made in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period starts from the moment the Client, or a third party designated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the last item delivered.
Under Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders concerning:
• The supply of personalized (engraved) goods at the Client’s request,
• The supply of goods made according to the Client’s specifications,
• The supply of goods unsealed by the Client after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
In the case of a gift, the right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for the Client and cannot be exercised by the gift recipient. Only the Client is entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. A person who received a product as a gift (the “Gift Recipient”) cannot receive a refund. Return Process
To notify their withdrawal decision, the Client can use the withdrawal form available for download: Withdrawal Form. This request must be sent to customer service by email at contact@impulseeparis.com. The Client will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email confirming the acceptance of their withdrawal request.
The customer service of IMPULSEE PARIS or its carrier will then contact the Client to arrange the pickup of the parcel containing the concerned item(s). After notifying the return, the Client has a period of 14 days to organize the return of the item(s), in accordance with Article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete (boxes, certificates of authenticity, accessories, protections, tags, booklets, etc.), accompanied by the duly completed withdrawal form and a copy of the invoice. Items returned incomplete, damaged, soiled, or in any condition suggesting usage or wear will neither be refunded nor exchanged and will be returned to the Client.
Return costs are covered by IMPULSEE PARIS for metropolitan France (including Corsica). For orders shipped outside of metropolitan France, please contact customer service at contact@impulseeparis.com.
The refund of returned items, including any shipping costs, will be made using the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within a maximum of thirty (30) days after receipt of the items by IMPULSEE PARIS.
IMPULSEE PARIS is not required to reimburse additional costs if the Client has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery offered. No returns for refunds can be processed at a brand reseller.
Conditions for Product Returns
IMPULSEE PARIS will verify whether the returned product meets the Return and Exchange Policy conditions before proceeding with the refund or exchange.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, with all protective materials, labels, and stickers (if applicable), as well as the original box and packaging including all accessories and documents. If the product shows signs of wear, modification, or use, IMPULSEE PARIS reserves the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund or exchange amount.
All returns will undergo a strict Quality Control (“”QC””). If the products do not meet quality standards, the return will be refused and the products returned to the Client. If compliant, IMPULSEE PARIS will proceed with the applicable refund or exchange.
Damaged or deteriorated items, or those returned without complying with the stated conditions, will not be refunded. Failure to comply with these Terms of Sale allows IMPULSEE PARIS to refuse the return and send back the product at the Client’s expense.
ARTICLE 2: EXCHANGE
In addition to the right of withdrawal, IMPULSEE PARIS offers its Clients the possibility to exchange delivered items within 30 (thirty) days of the delivery date, except for:
• The supply of personalized (engraved) goods,
• The supply of custom-made goods,
• The supply of goods unsealed by the Client for hygiene or health reasons.
The exchange request can only concern the size or color of the ordered item. No exchanges between different items are allowed.
The exchange request must be sent to IMPULSEE PARIS customer service at contact@impulseeparis.com or via the “”Contact”” section at the bottom of the website page.
Return costs are covered by IMPULSEE PARIS for metropolitan France (including Corsica). For orders shipped outside metropolitan France, please contact customer service at contact@impulseeparis.com.
The returned item must be new, unused, and in its original intact packaging, accompanied by its invoice and certificate of authenticity provided at the time of sale. The quality control team at IMPULSEE PARIS will check the item’s condition.
Subject to compliance with the return conditions, IMPULSEE PARIS will proceed with the exchange as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for exchanged items.
Incomplete, damaged, soiled items, or those without their security tag, will not be exchangeable and will be sent back to the Client.
In the case of a gift, the exchange can be requested by the recipient, but no refund will be made if a price difference exists. IMPULSEE PARIS reserves the right to refuse an exchange after two (2) consecutive requests. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
